Jamie Perry
Managing Director, Hidden Talents Homes

Jamie leads Hidden Talents Homes with a clear ambition: to create exceptional homes that feel as good to live in as they look. Drawing on a background in hospitality, he brings an instinct for thoughtful design, distinctive interiors and the details that turn everyday living into something special.

Since taking the lead at The Lodge in 2020, Jamie has helped shape its historic woodland setting into a distinctive residential community. His approach brings together confident architecture, beautifully considered spaces and eco-led construction, with comfort and quality at the heart of every decision.

From highly insulated building fabric and triple glazing to heat pumps and fresh-air ventilation, Jamie champions performance as an integral part of good design. The result is a collection of homes that balance character with modern efficiency, generous living with practical detail, and individuality with a genuine sense of belonging.

Iain Wilson
Founder, Hidden Talents Group

Iain is an entrepreneur with an exceptional eye for opportunity and a talent for turning bold ideas into distinctive businesses. Across hospitality, property development and online retail, he has built brands that combine commercial ambition with a deep understanding of what customers value.

His influence can be seen in some of Norfolk’s best-loved destinations, including Byfords, The Pigs and The Ffolkes, alongside the nationwide success of online retailer Sponge. Each reflects his ability to recognise potential, challenge convention and create experiences that keep people coming back.

At Hidden Talents Homes, Iain brings that same vision to residential development. His instinct for location, character and lasting value helps shape places with a clear identity, while his entrepreneurial drive pushes the team to keep improving. The ambition is simple: beautifully designed, eco-led homes and communities that people are proud to call their own.

Ed and Jenny
Architects I Ensemble

Ed and Jenny bring architectural imagination and a deep understanding of place to The Lodge. Involved as its architects since 2021, they have helped shape a vision that connects the character of the historic estate with innovative homes and a strong sense of community.

Their complementary skills balance creative ambition with practical thinking. From distinctive house designs to the spaces between them, they consider how people will live, move and connect—creating homes with individuality within a coherent woodland setting.

Through their practice, Ensemble, the duo continue to support Hidden Talents Homes across design and planning. Their collaborative approach and willingness to explore new ideas help us develop our eco-led homes while keeping the qualities that make The Lodge special at the heart of its future.

Clare Wood
Interior Designer

Clare brings warmth, personality and an experienced eye to the interiors at The Lodge, creating aspirational homes that people simply love to live in. Her thoughtful use of colour, texture and natural materials makes each space feel inviting, beautifully balanced and ready for everyday life.

With a wealth of experience and an instinct for what works, Clare is the person everyone turns to for a trusted second opinion. Whether refining a kitchen palette or bringing a homeowner’s ideas together, she offers the confidence to make individual choices feel part of a coherent home. Her green fingers extend that same care outdoors, connecting interiors with gardens and the woodland setting beyond.

For buyers who would like additional guidance, Clare offers an off-plan interiors service and support after moving in, helping them shape a home that feels unmistakably their own.
